Sauerkraut and Sausage Hot Dish


6 - medium red potatoes, boiled and cubed
1 - medium yellow onion, diced
1 - 16 oz. Jimmy Dean’s™ Regular pork sausage (fully cooked)
1 - 16 oz. jar of The Kraut Guy™ caraway sauerkraut

Serves: 4-6


Boil potatoes, cool, and cube. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

In crock pot add potatoes and diced onion.

Brown sausage and add to potatoes and onions.

Pour the jar of caraway sauerkraut and juice over potatoes, onions and sausage.

Stir gently. Cook in crock pot for two hours. Stir periodically.
